Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to ME AND MATHEDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, M-113A, Sector-23, Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh-201002.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase services from Us.

Service refers to the educational services.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Fee Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.1 Registration Fee:
The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

1.2 Course Fee:

• A refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the course start date.
• If the request is approved within the specified period, only 80% of the course fee will be refunded.
• No refunds will be provided after 7 days from the start of the course, except in cases of extreme emergencies, subject to management approval.
• In case of course cancellation by the institute, a 100% refund will be provided.

1.3 Refund Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

Conditions for Refunds

All refund requests shall be made by the user by emailing payment@meandmath.com, which will be the official mode of communication with the platform and the company. The company shall waive all other means of communication made.

All refunds shall be made only by the company’s customer care on following such guidelines.
